Register now – Kick off working groups Think Tank North Sea on 29 March

During the past months a wide range of stakeholders defined possible working themes that the Think Tank North Sea could dedicate specific working groups to during the coming year. After assessment against the proposed criteria and integration of related theme proposals, three overarching 'cluster themes' were proposed: 'Marine Food Impact', 'Living with Climate Change' and 'Working with Nature'. This was followed by a phase in which anyone could transfer their interest in the three themes to the Think Tank. After evaluating the response, it became clear that the themes 'Living with Climate Change' and 'Working with Nature' could count on the greatest, and similar, interest. These two themes were thus retained and form the focus of the working groups within the next phase of the process.

These working groups will be officially presented at the kick off event that will take place on Friday 29 March 2019 in the Grand Auditorium of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences, Vautierstraat 29, 1000 Brussels.

The programme can be consulted below, and interested parties are requested to register via http://www.thinktanknorthsea.be/en/registration , and no later than Tuesday 26 March 2019, 16:00.
