Aankondiging uitgehangen te Leuven na de plundering van de stad (25-27 augustus 1914). = Une règlementation à l’usage des incendiaires. “Défense d’incendier les maisons sans l’autorisation de la Kommandantur. Affiche placardée à Louvain après le sac de la ville (25-27 août 1914).
