Gedeelte van de Keizerskaai (thans Vindictivelaan) vanaf de St.-Jorisstraat (thans Dekenijstraat) links.
Het groot gebouw, centraal in beeld, was gelegen op de hoek van de Zuidstraat
Het werd in 1899 gesloopt voor de bouw van het ZEEVAARTCOMMISSARIAAT.
