Description 1860. Het EERSTE KURSAAL.
Het eerste Kursaal, gebouwd in 1852 naar de plannen van Architect BEYAERT.
Het was gelegen op de buitenste vestingswal, ter hoogte van de hoek Christinastraat-Zeedijk.
Het gebouw werd gesloopt in 1877/1878.
