Abstract
A taxonomic study of the free-living turbellaria from the eulittoral sediments at the French Northern coast, North Sea has been carried out from August, 1990 till May, 1991. Sixty species are identified as known species. Two species are new to science: Cirrifera wimerensis and Otoplanella audresselensis. And three species are to be identified in the future due to insufficient information for a species description. Data on distribution, locality, morphological, drawings and/or photographs are given for all species. The species found indicate similarities of the fauna of the studied area with that of the Baltic Sea and the North Sea.
