Abstract
At present, tomographic techniques are almost exclusively used in the field of seismology. The possibilities of applying them to geo-electrical methods are analysed here.A system tested in the field and in a laboratory physical model is proposed to univocally solve the resistivity and IP tomographic problems to define and monitor in real time sea-water intrusion zones. Finally, measurement techniques and apparatuses are presented.
