Abstract
Catapodium marinum has been mentioned for the third (and collected for the second time) in Belgium. Sagina maritima also was found on numerous new sites at the Belgium coast and seems to have been overlooked for a long period by Belgian botanists. The rarity of Catapodium marinum is probably due to its bad reproductive capacities in years with sever winters or late night frost.
